A rocket fired from Gaza landed in southern Israel and IDF fighter jets reportedly responded with an attack on Hamas targets inside the Palestinian-controlled coastal strip.

“The IDF sees the terrorist organization Hamas as solely responsible for events in Gaza and we will continue to act firmly to maintain quiet in southern towns,” the spokesman said.
