That’s right, you can binge the Alabama-set true-crime story right now. The producers have kept most details of the show under wraps, so all we know is that it involves a murder, a clock-maker, and hidden treasure. If that prospect has you salivating, we definitely understand.
For those hoping for a return of Sarah Koenig as host, you’ll have to wait for the third season of “Serial,” which, according to recent rumors, won’t arrive until 2018. Brian Reed, a regular contributor to “This American Life,” has taken the reins on “S-Town.” Those seem like pretty good storytelling credentials ; give a listen, and see how Reed lives up.
