Israeli-born chef Kfir Ben-Arimade is the coffee-lover behind Cafeine, a new java spot in Harlem.

He’s powering his drinks with beans from Bristot, a century-old Italian coffee brand seldom seen stateside. Cakes and pastries round out the menu; sandwiches and breakfast items are on the way. Ben-Arimade worked the line at New York’s Paradou and Daniel restaurants before the coffee bug bit.
