Whitefish, Montana, Will Approve Future Neo-Nazi March

The city of Whitefish, Monatana, which last week rejected an incomplete application for a parade permit from a neo-Nazi group, has said that it will approve future applications, according to local news station Fox Montana.
Citing a letter from Whitefish’s city manager, the news station reported that the city would allow the controversial march, but would not allow marchers to carry weapons.
The march, originally planned for January, was meant to target Whitefish’s Jewish population. The organizer, online neo-Nazi leader Andrew Anglin, said that his group would “march through the center of the town carrying high-powered rifles.” Anglin has said he wants to hold the march to defend the mother of Richard Spencer, a white supremacist who lives part-time in Whitefish, but Spencer has repudiated the march.
Montana permits the open carrying of guns within cities.
It’s not clear if Anglin has submitted an application for a new march date.
