While You Were Voting…
Celebs were voting, too. Sarah Jessica Parker rocked a fab “Viva Obama” t-shirt on the way to the polls. And the paps caught Dianna Agron and Ashley Tisdale and her mom exercising their democratic right.
Others, including Bethenny Frankel, Adam Shankman, Rashida Jones, Scooter Braun and Mayim Bialik took to Twitter to encourage followers to vote. Lena Dunham tweeted a pic of herself in the outfit she was planning to wear to her polling place. “Ladies, put on your voting best. May I plz see pics of your voting ‘looks’?” she asked.
Bob Dylan was announcing that President Obama had the election in the bag, while Jon Stewart was comically railing against all the pundits who think they can reliably predict the election’s outcome.
And finally, Harvey Weinstein put together a trailer for a film about Mitt Romney he’s working on called “Hindsight.” Weinstein made it with some people who worked with him on “Seal Team Six” and got Bradley Cooper to narrate it. But don’t look for “Hindsight” in theaters any time soon. As you probably guessed, it’s really a political ad.
In other news:

Aaron Sorkin hosted an advance screening of “Promised Land,” Gus Van Sant’s anti-fracking drama starring Matt Damon, at the SoHo House in L.A.
ScarJo shared what it was like filming the famous “Psycho” shower scene in her upcoming film, “Hitchcock.” About the crew, she said, “They were concerned with modesty and all these things.” For her, however, it was no big deal. “But I don’t care about any of that stuff and Janet Leigh never did either,” she said.
Here’s a promo shot of Emmy Rossum in character on the New Orleans set of her soon-to-be-release film, “Beautiful Creatures.”
Isla Fisher says that her secret to keeping a slim figure is breastfeeding and Spanx. That’s just about all the busy mom and actress has time for. “I’m not actually very good at the maintenance thing,” she said. “I don’t buff, exfoliate, pluck, rinse, moisturize, suck, bleach … whatever all those women do. I don’t have vajacials. Have you heard of those? It’s like a spa for your vagina!”
Mila Kunis will serve as executive producer on a new show picked up by the CW. It’s a 70s show, but not at all like “That 70s Show, ” which launched Kunis’ career. Rather, it’s called “Meridian Hills” and it’s a women’s lib drama. Kunis will remain behind the cameras.
Mark your calendars. A new documentary on David Geffen called, “Inventing David Geffen” will air on PBS on November 20.
Actor David Krumholtz of “Numb3rs” and “Harold & Kumar” fame generously volunteered his time to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s research at the The Walk to End Alzheimer’s.
