Taylor Swift is Blue (or is it Red?) over Jake Gyllenhaal

Every time Taylor Swift comes out with a new song about a broken romance, the public is quick to speculate as to which former boyfriend she is referring to in the lyrics. Well, the guessing is over when it comes to “All Too Well,” a track off her new album, “Red.” It’s about Jake Gyllenhaal, who dated and dumped Swift in late 2010.

Sarah Michelle Gellar and husband Freddie Prinze, Jr. named their new son Rocky James. As far as we understand, Rocky is not a nickname.

Isla Fisher says she and husband Sacha Baron Cohen are thankful for the uniquely American holiday that falls in late November. Isla is particularly grateful that her hubby no longer wears his Borat mankini. The Australian Fisher and British Baron Cohen plan to fly with their daughters to London to be with family over the holiday, which is not celebrated across the pond.

Anne Hathaway and new hubby Adam Shulman were spotted buying stuffed animals and picture books for children affected by Hurricane Sandy. They are clearly not only a cute couple, but also a thoughtful one.

Of course, there is news (and more than just one item) about James Franco. First, he’s directed an R.E.M. video featuring Lindsay Lohan. Second, he made an appearance at the Rome Film Festival on Friday. And finally, Vanessa Hudgens shot her first sex scene with Franco (it’s apparently a steamy threesome), and she says she never wants to do that again—in general, not just with Franco (at least that’s what we think she meant).

Jennifer Aniston and fiancé Justin Theroux honored buddy Ben Stiller at the 26th American Cinematheque gala at the Beverly Hilton last week. “He is adorable. He’s sensitive. He’s shockingly ripped,” Aniston told the audience during her comedic tribute. “And if you don’t believe me, I’d suggest pulling out your iPhone and Google-ing ‘Stiller Hawaii beach.’ Trust me, it’s intense.”

Mayim Bialik’s hit CBS sitcom, “The Big Bang Theory,” has been racking up some highly impressive ratings. Bialik has said that her favorite episode so far is “The Countdown Reflection.” In explaining why, the actress said, “…it was a week during which we, the cast, got to spend pretty much every scene together. That made for a great way to end a great season.”

Carly Rose Sonenclar, the young teenager with the voice and soul of an adult diva, continues to impress the audience and the judges on “The X Factor.” She is currently in 2nd place as the top ten contestants gear up for the final elimination rounds.

In real estate news, the late film producer Richard Zanuck’s home in the gated Beverly Park sold for $20.1 million. Also, media mogul David Geffen bought socialite Denise Rich’s Upper East Side Manhattan penthouse for a cool $54 million.

When in Rome…you can see Mila Kunis on the set of her new film, “Third Person,” and with director Paul Haggis at the J/P HRO Charity Auction Dinner.

Tori Spelling uploaded to her website this cuter than cute family photo in honor of hubby Dean McDermott’s birthday.

In the ongoing nastiness between Joan Rivers and Showtime over the comedienne’s taking PR for her “Don’t Start With Me” special in to her own hands, she has called the Showtime people “bipolar” and “drunk.” She’s also holding Alfred Hitchcock and the Kardashians up as exemplary masters of (self-) promotion.

Aaron Sorkin has revealed his unusual plans for the script he is writing for Sony’s screen adaptation of Walter Isaacson’s Steve Jobs biography. The film will have only three scenes, each lasting 30 minutes and playing out in real time. Each scene will be set backstage before a product launch (the Macintosh, the NeXT computer, and the iPod).

Paul Rudd has two soon-to-be-released films: “This Is 40,” Judd Apatow’s “Knocked Up” spin-off; and “Admission,” in which he stars with Tina Fey. We’ll go see both.

And finally, there’s a new magician action/crime movie coming out called, “Now You See Me.” It’s jam packed with stars, including Jesse Eisenberg, Isla Fisher, Dave Franco, Mark Ruffalo, Morgan Freeman and Woody Harrelson.
