Lihi Ben Shitrit is the Henry and Marilyn Taub Associate Professor of Israel studies at NYU’s department of Hebrew and Judaic studies and the director of NYU’s Taub Center for Israel Studies. Her forthcoming edited volume The Gates of Gaza: Critical Voices from Israel on October 7 and the War with Hamas will be released on May 6, 2024.
