The Knives May Be Out for Her Dad, but Ivanka Trump Sings The Donald’s Praises

Democrats and opposition Republicans complain that it’s all but doomsday if New York billionaire Donald Trump becomes president — but loyal daughter Ivanka says she still couldn’t be prouder.
Ivanka Trump, who converted to Judaism when she married publisher and real estate scion Jared Kushner, gushed in a recent interview with , where she talked about her soon-to-be born third child, the family business, and dear old dad.
“My father is incredible. He’s an amazing leader. He’s built an enormous business. He’s employed tens of thousands of people over the years,” she said.
She’s hit the campaign trail with the Republican frontrunner but spends most of her time running the family business with her brothers. And being a mom.
“Obviously to be able to see this transpiring, to watch him achieve so much as a politician – and we’re certainly not a family of politicians, and politics is certainly not our family business – it’s been amazing,” she said oF The Donald, without wading into critics’ complaints that he is racist and egging his followers on to violence.
“So it’s exciting for me to be able to be with him for major moments and stand by his side, and I’m very proud of him as a daughter and as somebody who’s worked beside him for the past decade at The Trump Organization.”
But soon, she’ll give birth to her third child, who will join sister Arabella, 4, and Joseph, 2.
For the accomplished business woman, that is her main priority.
“They’re the most important to me,” Ivanka recently told Town & Country magazine in December.
