The 3 Easiest Brisket Recipes Ever
This year, just to keep us on our toes, Rosh Hashanah plunks itself down right in the middle of the week. But that should in no way deter the busy brisket maker! Having authored “The Brisket Book: A Love Story With Recipes,” I know how ridiculously easy it can be to make a perfectly perfect brisket. (Full disclosure: I burned a brisket for the first time EVER last week. How did I know that my new evil oven had set itself to about 500 degrees when the dial said 350? Oy.)
So unless your oven turns on you too, you will have a winner. Having cooked from my own book for a number of years, I have managed to streamline my recipes. So I am serving up three that are so simple they practically make themselves.
Do you have an easier one? If so, send it in!
