Lea Michele Sings a Song for Cory
Less than three weeks after Cory Monteith was found dead in his hotel room, girlfriend Lea Michele is back at work.
US Weekly reported that the “Glee” star was in the studio on Monday to record a song which will play in the hit show’s tribute episode to Monteith planned for the third episode of the season, which premieres on September 26.

Executive music procer Alex Anders tweeted back, saying he admired the actress’ strength:

On August 1,Fox Entertainment Chairman Kevin Reilly said that “the third episode will deal with the Finn Hudson character being written out of the show … that episode will deal directly with the incidents involved in Cory’s passing and with the drug abuse in particular.”
Michele, who was in seclusion for the first two weeks after Monteith’s tragic overdose, returned to the “Glee” set on August 1.
