Strauss-Kahn Ready To Say ‘Au Revoir’ to U.S.
Banker Dominique Strauss-Kahn plans to return home to France within a week now that the sex assault charges against him have been dropped, the New York Daily News reported.
The ex-IMF chief’s passport was returned to him after the case was dismissed and he is now free to travel.
A representative told the paper he plans to visit colleagues at the bank’s headquarters in Washington D.C. before flying back to Paris.
Strauss-Kahn was accused of assaulting a maid in a Manhattan hotel room in May. But the case was dropped amid doubts about her credibility.
