The littlest Wonder Woman just entered the world. Gal Gadot gave birth to her daughter Maya yesterday, and shared snapshot of herself, her husband, and their 6-year-old daughter Alma.
“And then we were four… She is here, Maya. I feel so complete blessed and thankful for all the Wonders in my life #family #newborn #grateful,” the 31-year-old actress wrote.
Gadot, who has been married to Israeli businessman Yaron Versano since 2008, snapped a picture of herself just a week before giving birth, reflecting on the upcoming addition to her family.
“With the daily routine of life, family and work I’m distracted all day long,” she wrote. “Today I had a moment with myself when I was looking out the window at the beautiful clear blue sky and realized that I’m 9 months (!!!) pregnant and soon will have a new lovepup as an addition to our family.. could not be more grateful to the universe.”

This is a moment of great uncertainty for the news media, for the Jewish people, and for our sacred democracy. It is a time of confusion and declining trust in public institutions. An era in which we need humans to report facts, conduct investigations that hold power to account, tell stories that matter and share honest discourse on all that divides us.
With no paywall or subscriptions, the Forward is entirely supported by readers like you. Every dollar you give this Passover is invested in the future of the Forward — and telling the American Jewish story fully and fairly.
The Forward doesn’t rely on funding from institutions like governments or your local Jewish federation. There are thousands of readers like you who give us $18 or $36 or $100 each month or year.
