Boxer to Joe: Get Out!
Senator Barbara Boxer of California put in a call to Joe Lieberman last night, and left a voicemail to let him know that she “would be supporting Mr. Lamont and to express her hope that Senator Lieberman would not run as an independent,” according to spokesperson Natalie Ravitz.
She also called the “Lamont campaign to offer her congratulations and support in the general election,” according to Ravitz.
