New York Voices

New York Voices is a project supported by UJA-Federation of New York aimed at building community and understanding by exposing our readers to the vast array of Jewish experiences, identities and political perspectives among every type and stripe of Jew in the New York area.

By listening to our audience, elevating diverse voices, and broadening our storytelling approach, the Forward aims to bring more Jews into crucial conversations about what it means to be Jewish in New York in the 21st century, and invite them to engage in Jewish communal life.
