The Jew's Ear Juice
China is capable of anything. So goes the mantra in the west. So when they say they have cans of The Jew’s Ear Juice , maybe they mean it.
After all it can’t be a language problem after two years of hard work by the professionals and volunteers of the “Shanghai Commission for the Management of Language Use” at the 2010 Expo. Can it? Andrew Jacob’s article in the New York Times suggests that, even if you have to take it a little seriously, you don’t have to take it very seriously.
Until I hear otherwise, though, I’ll be exchanging the ringing in my ears for wringing out my ears and readying the resultant juice for export.
