Arson Suspected at Florida Judaica Store
A fire at a Jewish bookstore in South Florida is being investigated as arson.
Police believe the fire that broke out inside the Holyland Judaica store in Hollywood, Fla., was intentionally set, according to WSVN TV news.
Surveillance cameras showed people running out of the back of the store before the fire began, and the back door had been kicked in, according to the report.
Many books, including Jewish religious texts, were destroyed in the fire.
Authorities reportedly are investigating whether the attack was a hate crime.
