Alan Dershowitz Sues Boston Arena for $6K Over Sloppy Floor

Legal eagle Alan Dershowitz is reportedly suing a Boston arena for $6,000 after he slipped and fell on a wet bathroom floor during a 2012 Boston Celtics playoff game.
The high-powered attorney says management of the TD Garden failed to maintain the supply of paper towels in the men’s room, leading to dangerous spills on the floor, the Boston Globe reported.
The now-retired Harvard Law School professor claims to have suffered severe pain upon returning to his seat for the conclusion of the game with the Miami Heat, and later called an ambulance.
“I usually don’t go to the bathroom during the fourth quarter,” he told the Globe, “but I’m getting a little older, and the bladder is a little more active these days.”
Without citing sources, Dershowitz’s suit says the paper towels were not restocked in the bathroom for at least an hour.
The Celtics hung on to win Game 3 of the 2012 Eastern Conference finals, 101-91.
Dershowitz is a longtime Celtics fan and season ticket holder for decades.
