WATCH: Trump Wunderkind Stephen Miller Is on a ‘Power Trip,’ Says Morning Joe

Even some Republicans are trying to distance themselves from President Trump’s travel ban executive orders, but inside the White House, former Breitbart chief Steve Bannon and Trump’s policy guru Stephen Miller, believe, according to Axios, that everything is “terrific.”
“Tt really is a massive success story in terms of implementation on every single level,” administration officials told the online publication.
Miller, the Jewish wunderkind who became part of Trump’s inner circle during the presidential campaign, was the key player behind the controversial immigration executive orders that put a hold on entry from several Muslim countries and stopped the Syrian refugee resettlement program. “Morning Joe” hosts Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski, who spoke to Trump and his top advisers over the weekend, came away with the impression that Miller may have been the man behind the storm that is now engulfing the Trump administration.
Scarborough reminded Miller that he’s “almost 33” and recommended that he check in with other agencies the next time he decides to push policy through an executive order.
“You get a very young person in the White House on a power trip thinking that you can just write executive orders and tell all of your Cabinet agencies to go to hell. And Washington’s in an uproar this morning — forget about what’s happening in the street — because Stephen Miller decided he was going to do this without going through the regular interagency process,” Scarborough said.
