Spiritual ’Toons

Rabbi Tzvi Freeman, creator of the new online videos KabbalaToons, envisioned the one-minute segments as perfect for today’s on-the-go society. “It’s spirituality for people who live life in the fast lane,” he told The Shmooze.
The cartoon series, which launched recently on www.Chabad.org, stars a bearded, blue-robed Rabbi Infinity — an animated kabbalist who imparts snippets of wisdom intended to help viewers live more meaningful, spiritual lives.
A new episode is posted on the Web site each week. Freeman explained that the messages in the cartoons are not just Jewish but also universal. “It’s for human beings,” he said.
