Corrections: March 27, March 29, April 10
The March 27 East Village Mamele column, “Domestic Workers’ Rights: A Matter of Ethics,” misstated that the Domestic Workers’ Bill of Rights includes a living wage of $12 per hour. The bill does not include a living wage. It does, however, include a health care stipulation.
The April 10 opinion article “Bursting the ‘Bubble,’ as Tel Aviv Turns 100” mistakenly attributed remarks noting that a relatively small percentage of fallen soldiers during the Second Lebanon War came from Tel Aviv to the army’s home front commander. The remarks should have been attributed to the army’s manpower chief.
In a March 29 article, “Barak Faces Uphill Battle To Unite Labor Party,” Jonathan Rynhold, a Bar Ilan University political scientist, was mistakenly identified as Daniel Rynhold.
