Aly Raisman may have captured the hearts of America during her award winning triumphs in Rio this month — but she’s got one football player extra smitten.
The gymnast sat down for an interview with Yahoo! Sports over the weekend and was handed a video message from Oakland Raiders tight end Colton Underwood.
The 24-year-old football player offered up his congratulations and suggested a double date with himself, Olympic gymnast Shawn Johnson and her husband Raiders long snapper Andrew East.
Raisman was into it. “He’s very cute,” she said. “Yeah, I’d go on a date with him.”
But of course, nothing is official until it’s internet official, and the gymnast took to Twitter to formally accept Underwood’s invite.
“Thanks for the sweet video…looking forward to meeting you :)” she tweeted out.

She got an enthusiastic tweet right back. “Anytime! Looking forward to meeting you too. Safe travels back, see you soon!”
