Police Video Shows Jewish Woman’s Murder

A New York police video released Wednesday shows the murder of a Jewish accountant who was stabbed to death outside her home in Brooklyn.

The video shows the assailant of victim Larisa Komsky, 50, getting out of his car and accosting her as she parked her Mercedes outside her home in the normally quiet Sheepshead Bay section around 1 am Tuesday, the New York Post reported.

“What are you doing here?’’ Komsky screamed just before the brutal attack unfolded, the Post said.

Komsky, an immigrant from the Ukraine who maintained an office not far away, was stabbed several times. Her attacker fled.

There is no known motive but police believe Komsky knew her killer. They have shown the video to her rabbi and acquaintances but they could not identify the man.

Rabbi Kalev Krelin told the paper he couldn’t imagine why anyone would want to hurt Komsky. “She was a very honest person,” he said.

Her heartbroken son pleaded with witnesses to come forward.

“Whoever did this has to get caught. If a woman like her, a woman that just does some good for everybody can get murdered. How can you live like that?” Vadim Komsky told CBS News.
