Anthony Weiner’s first lunch in the big house consisted of pizza, spaghetti and a garden salad, TMZ reported, but for Shabbat dinner, he’ll get a hot dog.
“A Weinerrific dinner,” TMZ said.
Weiner will be dining in at Federal Medical Center in suburban Devens, Massachusetts.
The disgraced ex-congressman is beginning serving a 21-month prison sentence today after being found guilty in September of exchanging sexually charged texts with a teenager.
Over the coming week, Weiner will get to eat burgers, chicken patties and a baked potato at lunches. He can look forward to “brinner,” or breakfast-for-dinner, meal on Saturday in honor of Veteran’s Day.
A blog has listed the Devens prison at number 11 on its list of the world’s 50 most comfortable prisons. The facility has a sex offender treatment program on-site.
