דער „ישׂראל נויטפֿאַל־פֿאָנד‟ איז געווען אַ פּראָיעקט פֿונעם „פֿאַראייניקטן ייִדישן אַפּעל‟, אַן אָרגאַניזאַציע וואָס מע האָט געגרינדעט אין 1939, כּדי אונטערצושטיצן ייִדישע פּליטים און די ייִדישע אײַנוווינער פֿון פּאַלעסטינע. אין 2009 איז די אָרגאַניזאַציע געוואָרן אַ טייל פֿונעם „ראָט פֿון ייִדישע פֿעדעראַציעס‟ און „פֿאַראייניקטן ישׂראל־אַפּעל‟. הײַנט הייסט די אָרגאַניזאַציע „ייִדישע פֿעדעראַציעס פֿון צפֿון־אַמעריקע.‟
