Chuck Schumer Reveals He Also Had Pneumonia

After the presidential canditate’s health scare on Sunday, Sen. Chuck Schumer revealed that he too was diagnosed with pneumonia earlier in the summer, Politico reported.
The New York Democrat took a course of antiobiotics and cut down on his schedule.
“His doctor has pronounced him all cleared up and he’s feeling much better,” Schumer’s spokespeson said.
The statement came in response to reporters’ questions. But by disclosing his own diagnosis, Schumer may have been seeking to underline that Clinton’s illness will not necessariy turn into a serious political crisis.
