Authorities in Washington state arrested a person suspected of threatening the conservative podcast host Ben Shapiro, the website TMZ reported yesterday.
According to TMZ, local and federal law enforcement cooperated to make the arrest, which came after Shapiro filed a report with the Los Angeles Police Department. Officials told TMZ that the alleged targeted Shapiro and his family.
On Thursday, Shapiro thanked the law enforcement officials on Twitter.
