Powered by a that exceeded its goal by 20%, Philadelphia star-chef Michael Solomonov and two partners will launch Rooster Soup Company in early 2016.

Solomonov, with partner Steve Cook, is the culinary wiz behind Philly hotspots Zahav, Abe Fisher and Federal Donuts, and the author of “Zahav: A World of Israeli Cooking.”
