Celebrities Slam Donald Trump After Graphic Video Leak

A recording of Donald Trump making lewd, demeaning remarks about women hit the internet on Friday, sparking an onslaught of criticism from some of Hollywood’s biggest names.

The tape, shot in 2005, features Trump talking to former Access Hollywood host Billy Bush about his tactics for pursuing women.

“You know, I’m automatically attracted to beautiful — I just start kissing them,” Trump said. “It’s like a magnet. Just kiss. I don’t even wait. And when you’re a star, they let you do it. You can do anything. Grab them by the p—y. You can do anything.”

Jenny Slate, Lena Dunham and Emmy Rossum were among those who took to Twitter this weekend to bash the Republican nominee for his remarks. We rounded up just a few of their responses.

“Donald Trump thinks “when you’re a star” you “can do anything” to women? Well you can’t make me vote for you, you misogynistic entitled pig.”- Emmy Rossum

“@realDonaldTrump u actually CANT grab women “by the pussy” &youre a predator in every sense of the word. Cant lie yr way outta this one.”-Jenny Slate

“If there was a popular male equivalent experience, being #grabbedbythepussy would be cause for capital punishment.” -Lena Dunham

“Trump brags that he likes to grab women by the p-ssy. #LordHelpUs. #Evangelicals.”-Patricia Arquette

“TRUMP AUDIO “You can do anything to women if you’re famous…I just grab her p****” Presidential?”-Debra Messing

“Donald Trump’s actions have made any Trump emp who doesn’t quit immediately, toxic and unemployable by anyone else. Expect a mass exodus.”-Mark Cuban

“Trump should be forced to have gender reassignment surgery, just for fun. He can find out what it’s like to be on the other side of him.”-Chelsea Handler

“Defending Trump at all costs is a human survival instinct. You have made him the answer to all of your problems, my love, but he’s not…”-Sarah Silverman
